Milky Way over Uluru

This image was captured during a recent 3 night visit to Uluru purely for astrophotography purposes.  All 3 nights were clear and pristine;  the amount of meteorite activity was just astonishing.; testament to just how dark it is there.

Camera:  Canon 5D MKIII with Full Spectrum Modification
Lens:  Canon 20-70mm at 24mm, f2.8.  An IR filter was used for the landscape at dusk but the Milky Way did not rise until just after midnight.  During acquisition, a 12nm clip filter was used with multiple exposures to capture the HII regions.
Mount: Vixen Polarie, Tripod Mounted
Exposures:   Various
